Deeply studied digital Trust Building

Building Trust is essential for the sucess of digital / AI driven Products and Services.

I started a scientific research project on the topic of “Building and optimizing digital trust”, which was funded by the European Commission.

Already during the research, consisting of 38 semi-blind trials in 29 companies with an average test group size of 980 people per trial, the first industry inquiries came in.

The result was the founding of Digital Trust Analytics in 2018.

Quickly I became deeply interested in AI, responsible AI and Trustworthy AI
